If a product you have paid for turns out to be out of stock unexpectedly after we confirm your order, our support team will contact you within 2 working days to inform you of this situation, and offer you the options of waiting for the restock of your selected item, choosing an alternate decor product of equal or similar value from our collection, or receiving a full 100% refund for the out-of-stock item with no associated processing fees.

3. Order Placement, Payment and Transaction Security

When you complete your checkout process, your submission of an order request constitutes a formal binding offer to purchase the selected products from AVENTURES DE MAISON LC. We reserve the right to verify your order details, and accept or reject your order request for legitimate reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in listed product prices or product information, suspicion of fraudulent transaction activity, or shipping address location outside of our current service coverage zones. The formal contract between you and AVENTURES DE MAISON LC for the product purchase only comes into full effect after we send you a formal order confirmation email, confirming that your order has been successfully verified, paid, and is scheduled to enter our processing workflow.

We currently provide standard shipping services to all destinations across mainland France, as well as all member states within the European Economic Area (EEA).

The estimated standard delivery time for orders to destinations within mainland France ranges from 2 to 4 working days, while orders to other EEA member states have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 working days, calculated from the dispatch date of your parcel. These timelines are estimated reference values only, and AVENTURES DE MAISON LC will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by uncontrollable force majeure factors, including extreme severe weather events, local public holiday logistics suspensions, customs clearance adjustments outside our control, or unexpected operational disruptions from our partnered courier service providers.

You are obligated to ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is complete, accurate, and accompanied by a valid reachable contact telephone number, to avoid failed deliveries caused by address errors. We provide completely free shipping for all orders with a total value equal to or higher than €99, while a flat rate shipping fee of €7.90 applies to all orders with a total value below €99. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with a unique tracking number, so you can monitor the real-time transit status of your parcel at any time.

5. Return, Refund and Exchange Rules

All terms related to product returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which is fully incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. After our warehouse team receives and inspects your returned item and confirms it meets all return eligibility criteria, we will process your corresponding refund to your original payment method. The standard refund processing period is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the processing speed of your selected payment service provider. If you wish to exchange your returned product for a different decor item from our collection, our support team will assist you to complete the exchange arrangement after the inspection of your returned product is completed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
